I kept calling this Ms Mei everday. Asking for full waived on the interest. Yep... got her confirmation yesterday that full waived on my charges. Today will call her up to confirm on the loan disbusment received by Mah Sing & only able to arrange for key collection..

I had taken my key on 27/12/2012. Submit the defect list to Mah Sing on 07/01/2013. Promise to return to me by 06/02/2013 (1 month). Week by week I check on the status. No work done. Well, is left only 2 days to collect the house back. But I still haven't seen any progress on the defect case. Anyone facing this problem? Any advise on this case?
