DIBS Package is now only for SEMI-D (Palmiera). Not for 3 sty superlink anymore. is it correct?
Confirmed... as i bought a unit facing the park 3 weeks ago. Furthermore im a banker as well
At first, im also confuse. Bank is offering DIBS but TMS sales officer told me that they are not going to offer anymore for 3 sty superlink. Then i call Angela and she confirmed DIBS only for Semi D only.
Therefore, the CURRENT and my package are: Rm20k rebate , free MOT SPA and Loan legal fees ( EXCEPT loan stamping fees - loan amt x 0.50% and Disbursement fees RM1500 - fixed ) - Roughly about RM5600++
After a reconsideration, without DIBS package is better because :
1) RM20k rebate ( DIBS w/o 20k rebate) - sorry , you cant enjoy both
2) Lock in period start upon 1st payment release to developer
3) Better interest rate for whole tenure ( example, DIBS @ BLR -2.30% & w/o DIBS @ BLR -2.40%/-2.45% )
