my house door face the pole opposite house...i tried few units..still same.. poor contractor.. why so stubborn MS separate few contractors to finish it..

I thought the original site plan did reflect what you saw (houses facing each other are somewhat "mis-aligned" by half the width of a typical unit)

Some shots i took from the site in Palmiera, notice the Jacuzzi now moved to neighboring adjoining walls?

its not all are mis-aligned anyhow some are perfect aligned.

i feel the pain for end-lot purchaser..

anyway, superlink is separated to build by few contractors..sigh

I dun see any problem with the alignment, DU 4/9 are almost 99% correct, DU 4/8 may misaligned a few inches - 1 feet perhaps.
End Lot is ok as well

if have a chance.. try stand at your wooden door there...and face opposite..u see urs is facing their wooden door as well or the pole/post box outside..

Do u all find it strange to see the outdoor water filter ? Not every house got it?

If you study the locality plan in the SPA and title properly, you may see both side are not 100% aligned, variance bout 5%, the actual unit can see the variance is slightly bigger. I dun see any big problem with it.

For Jalan DU 4/9, Lot no fr 187 - 200 wich is facing Lot 212 - 201 are totally not aligned, bout 30% gap and the actual unit is following accurately.

I am deeply impress with the super wide of the road.

went for the Effingham Bandar Utama Bangalow viewing the show house, it is > RM4.5M and the road, just speechless ...... small!!!!

Better check more important like structural crack, WATER LEAKING esp toilets, water pressure and later the iwk tahi system...this 1 will be very jialat is burst
