others, any suggestions on venue or do we meet at the club house?

good to come together to gather the purchaser's database so that we can stand united & work hand-in-hand with tms/mah sing.

oh..ok. because when i saw their sub sale photo it looks like ytl gave them very good materials as compare to mah sing and price so low. it make me feel that i am buying at high price

What about Sat, 19 Nov 2011 @ 11.30am? If liang7524 agree to lead, PM your contact to liang7524. If agreed, everyone tar pau their own teh tarik smile.gif to the clubhouse and also, everyone (if can) bring one agenda for discussion. Can always start small and later when the group picks up momentum, others can join later....

I doubt the 27 home owners listed on the forum will be able to gather all at the same time anyway unsure.gif

Don't know whether anyone can call the clubhouse to let us use the meeting room or not on that day unsure.gif

Guys, there's a mamak called Restoran Shaib or the Kafe Kampung Chili at the shop lots of Taman Damai Utama if you guys are looking for a get together breakfast.

What I suggest is we hand in a memorandum to MS, collectively bring their attention to the following matters:

Issue 1:The late signing of S&P for the Palmiera purchasers. For my case, the sales representatives promised to let us sign the SP agreement in June but it was later deferred to October, November and the status now is unknown. None of the occasions had any MS's staff taken the initiative to contact us, despite being told by us to keep us posted.

Due to the above said matter, we are collectively asking for:
(1) better/wider timber floorings
(2) better quality doors as compared to the current one
(3) Window/living room glass to be upgraded to better quality
(4) please advise..

Issue 2: any issue with the link houses buyer? for instance the brick or the terms and conditions in the S&P? please advise..

Issue 3: personally think that the facilities in the clubhouse are insufficient to cater to nearly 800 units of residences. Suggesting a sauna room and a steam room to be built. Need more advices on this as well

Issue 4: General questions such as: Contour of KR,put forward by Covillea. Please advise.

Those who are with us will then sign on the memorandum and we'll hand it to MS and urge for their reply.

This weekends I am free but not next week.will be going down to Singapore by then. Anyone up for this saturday morning as suggested by Covillea?

For those who can't make it but still wish to join us, no worries we can still put your name/booking reference inside the memorandum.

I just got a call from their lawyer, Halim Ong & Chan this evening that the SnP with Mah Sing for the double storey SemiD is ready for execution. I guess they must be going through all the postings in this Forum. Just to share with everyone.

Hope that there are no suprises.

Will be glad to see what KRU (Kinrara Residence United) come up with and the rest who can't attend, can probably put in their 2cent (or 20million) comments and finalized the memorandum ASAP? I dunno, say maybe within the next 7 days or so?

My issue is the KR entrance is finalize? Link house got their own entrance gate? or share with the master entrance gate? or any alternate to use the master entrance to Link house area?

Agree with the deadline thingy. So let's make it next Saturday(19th nov) to be the deadline for giving inputs of any issues, then I will finalize the memo - letting you guys to proofread/double-checking- submit to MS by tuesday(22nd Nov).

Any objections?

I heard they are letting us to pre-sign the s&p, meaning without the terms and conditions/ clauses in the documents. In that case, I would not be signing it until and unless finalization for the s&p is done.what do u think bro?

I went to the construction sites last Sun to take some photos on the 3SSL..Sharing the photos here in case anyone interested to know the current progress. Also, I managed to take a photo with Claybrick & Kalsa Brick standing side by side for comparison purpose.

Hi,

I went in last Sunday as well (short while, just went to the row where my unit is) the entire row fully Kalsa (not just party)...
And one other thing I notice during my visit (as shown in one of samuelC's photo), the roof support. They are using wood blink.gif , I saw the Qaseh project: they are using something like aluminium / steel frame. Any one have some comments on this? (in terms of differences in durability, pro/con, or maybe the rational in choosing the materials).


And, count me in on Sat gathering. Though I need to leave 9:30am. So, just to establish first contact. Will PM liang7524 my number.

Added on November 11, 2011, 11:27 amall purchasers should be united not to sign until the meeting of purchasers has taken place. they can force one but if all purchasers united, then mah sing has to wait.

since they alreday to ask us to wait 12 months!!!
