If I'm not mistaken it is leasehold right?
What about I&P? It is leasehold as well? Any new launch from I&P recently? Or in future there is any launch from I&P?
But i heard from my fren nearby there will have a cementary wo...is that true?

they selling new phase with 600k, so the floor plan redesign and get approval from the authority, this is what i heard from the lawyer la...

anyone can read chinese then look at this link for reference

pcteck19: thanks for sharing on the link, RM600K is reasonable now and good for you as you have made RM100K profit within 2 months.

Then be very careful when they ask you to signoff those docs, have u check with your lawyer whether any hidden rules attached?

Patrick, we will be on same neighborhood. Bought TDU at RM460K and feel so lucky. Im also wondering the new layout.

Basically, i like the finishes and layout offered by Mahajaya. Don not have to do so much reno except kitchen cabinet & grille ( Grille also no need actuallu coz they are using anti climb fencing)

Will spend this weekend to the show gallery of KR and look for the new floor plan.

Any of u guys believe in feng shui?? I find out with frens staying in B Kinrara on the big price gap between B. Kinrara and TDU (for me this taman is within B. Kinrara) and they told me...aiya u dunt ever think of that place coz everyone in B.Kinrara know that the place no good feng shui!! u guys heard about this?? but i myself never believe in feng shui one...

Totally agree with your friend, Bandar Kinrara come with good FH feng shui and TDU come with bad LH feng shui, that's why Mahajaya JV with Mah Sing to turn the feng shui around. rclxms.gif

but my fren said it got nothin to do with Freehold or Leasehold coz Alam Sutera is Leasehold yet it is doing well. He said is just that the piece of land is located in a bad feng shui area..

hi fren..that should not be the case. they need to submit approval to MPSJ to approve the layout and plan before they obtain the advertising and sales permit. so from what i learn thru ur posting. the deloper might be doing this>>

cancel the previous snp.
refund the buyer money.
submit a new plan.
sell with the new plan.
get the buyer to buy again
and sign the snp again...


but the developer take a short cut. instead of refund, they just keep your money. cancel the snp. put ur money to the new snp and call u to sign it. normally developer that have changes in plan, will add in some stuff... else it dont make sense to cancel and resubmit everything.

when u check with the laywer.. make sure u check ur lawyer and not their lawyer

sometimes i wondered are these kids jz putting comments in here. if u guys been to the area of TDU, u shld know. every morning there are mist in front of our house, also after raining. u have big untouced forest reserves at the back with some hills.

compare this to the poor ppl in BK 9 area where some of their sunlights r actually blocked by shoplots and the new zest condo.

feng shui is about feeling, if u feel good, u dont need to chg anything. my right hand side neighbour is a feng shui master. so if the houses are fit for him, i dont mind staying there too.

the only reason why tdu is cheaper is bcos of the built QC and the developer. but yea if its so bad, why does mahsing wan to come over here to build houses? sweat.gif
