I asked about the design because i found it similar to Maha except 1F and they told me the design nowadays is about the same, also because we bought it from maha first that's why they are sticking to it. but for 2 1/2 the design is better than maha. Good points overall, I do agree that the Kinrara location is great, I already live here biggrin.gif but for me it is not really an upgrade since the price is significantly more which means minimal profit for flipping in the future, plus the leasehold/freehold issue.

Good luck to anyone buying. Sales person said first come first served, I say they're crazy for doing that after going through almost half a dozen Kinrara launches in the past 2 years. Ballotting is the way to go Mah Sing!

house prices starting from minimum 600k+. but u still see a long queue at the sales office at the launch smile.gif

just called mah sing..they will launch on 28th August..according to the lady...this is g&g concept..is that true?

The queue started already one week before the launch, there are at least half a dozen people at the office already. Good thing I'm not buying biggrin.gif

I think they still want to see public response before finalize the selling price. As tishaban mentioned, around a dozen of non Malaysian started to queue up already.

I would say, impressive design done by Mah Sing compared to Mahajaya. 2.5 storey will be the best among three different layout.

I went to the sales gallery today. It was full! Well, many of the buyers were turned off when they heard the property is actually leasehold and is going 700K for a double storey home!

it was already informed that KR going to be LH. and the goin price is 700+. but still i dont see it having problem to sell. Cant find good property with good locations on FH nowadays. so need to learn to live with it
