Have to weigh the options available vs the $$. Good luck to anyone buying. Sales person said first come first served, I say they're crazy for doing that after going through almost half a dozen Kinrara launches in the past 2 years. Ballotting is the way to go Mah Sing! |

house prices starting from minimum 600k+. but u still see a long queue at the sales office at the launch

I think they still want to see public response before finalize the selling price. As tishaban mentioned, around a dozen of non Malaysian started to queue up already.
I would say, impressive design done by Mah Sing compared to Mahajaya. 2.5 storey will be the best among three different layout. |

I went to the sales gallery today. It was full! Well, many of the buyers were turned off when they heard the property is actually leasehold and is going 700K for a double storey home!

Cant find good property with good locations on FH nowadays. so need to learn to live with it |
