A superlink for rm600k onward is reasonable although it's LH.......view the Desiran by I&P at the Tmn Damai Utama entrance, the smaller house asking for rm650k............the built up is sadly very damn small & might get noisy at night due to the proximity to the main road.

Still the FH thingy that contributed to the hot sales in I&P launched. LH no good one la, don't buy ar, leave a chance for me, ok?

Total 180 unit of 2 & 2.5 storey for phase 1. No further breakdown on how many unit of DSL.

If I'm not wrong, that'd included those unit sell under Mahajaya previously & heard those units were quite fast selling.

mahsing jz put up a huge signboard for the KR. and i see alot of agents already setting up plastic tables n chairs by the roadside LoL. go down have a look tmr.

ok sure. will pass by the area tmr, will try ask those agents selling the wzr units. they shld know about the KR development. normally sundays u see alot of visitors to the areas. all r house hunting

Maybe not so fast coz the worker just put up the signboard for the sales office just opposite the previous Mahajaya's sales office, renovation still going on.

Hmm..price for 2 storey link at phase 2b :700-800k
