Fair question. A colleague and neighbor bought phase 7A24, sold it for about RM650k roughly 3 months ago. I myself have been deluded by calls but obviously sales agent promises don't necessarily mean anything

went to the sales office today. yea and saw the queue. mostly foreigners employed by ppl to queue there. 700+ for 2stry. 800+ for 2 half. 900+ for 3 stry.

my dad say probs MH is doing this themselves to boost the sales LoL

the queue is no match for I&P's BK to be honest.

those 12 people are actually same group of people i guess
all are either foreigners or indians (din stop and check, just passby)

compare to I&P we can see all type of ppl, chinese, malay and indian, 1 malaysia style.

600k for leasehold (MS) compare to 600k for freehold (I&P)
i rather queue up for I&P property since it got better appreciation.

for potential buyers of KR houses. pls take note that this area is directly below the flight path of commercial aircratfs taking and landing to/fro KLIA. at any one time u can see an airplane taking off and also slowing down for landing.

on average day there might be 20-30 planes crossing our areas.

on rainy days, those planes sounds like its going to crash land into the forest area.

no matter what, i would think it is still a good buy. It is gated and guarded. I would say, the price will be appreciate after completion. People
is looking for quality of life. What i mean is, nice environment with club house facilities. Price for 3 storeys link is about 268psf. It is still less than RM 300. I personally think it is still a good buy. It is not cheap though but i like the concept of the township. Well, let's see what will happen in another 2 years. I predicted the price can goes up to 1.2 Million.  My calculation psf earlier is based on RM890k.
