hi fren..that should not be the case. they need to submit approval to MPSJ to approve the layout and plan before they obtain the advertising and sales permit. so from what i learn thru ur posting. the deloper might be doing this>>

cancel the previous snp.
refund the buyer money.
submit a new plan.
sell with the new plan.
get the buyer to buy again
and sign the snp again...


but the developer take a short cut. instead of refund, they just keep your money. cancel the snp. put ur money to the new snp and call u to sign it. normally developer that have changes in plan, will add in some stuff... else it dont make sense to cancel and resubmit everything.

when u check with the laywer.. make sure u check ur lawyer and not their lawyer
