what a turn around TMS able to do to DU...
few months agu..DU launched by Mahajaya was merely less than500k

with old fashion facade, poor marketing strategy and Maha the name itself already carry the image of soared "quality" in their blood... when it was launched.. still remember got plenty of unit to choose, no need to que, no need to camp
Folks... same location but with the rebranding by a multiaward winner, new contempory facade, well planned layout , well executed landscape study,
with the design and development concept matching current market demand ....TMS able to sell the bloody same land for extra 200k...somemore it is leasehold...
had underestimated them before they came to here ...... what a twist

and whatelse TMS unable to do
honestly speaking this spot is kinda deep inside to the forest reserve...causing such a turn off as compared to I&P prop.. and this is wat Maha thought too..so to price their product lesser than BK.. but i guess there were wrong where TMS can price their product same price as BK area eventhough with the same piece of land.. I am speechless

sorry to say but Maha u r proven to be a l@4er
sometimes it does not matter it is LH or FH , or the location good or not, or the price is high or low but who is the developer does really matter...
