Went to visit the sales gallery yesterday. Can't believe that they use such low spec material for a property cost>1 mil plus leasehold.

Leasehold semi-d 1.3 mil, why not subsale BK 5 semi-d jewel at 1.2 mil freehold.

Since 2-3 storey link houses are individual title, do you foresee there will be issue in collecting monthly fee for the G+G maintenance?

My friend also bought a new BK8 after comparing puteri houses. His reason is puteri stretch too busy and further from KL. Seems like just a matter of time kinrara house will cost more than puchong puteri house.

vevex, don't worry. Mahajaya got a windfall due to Mah Sing take over. Not because you have bought with expensive price, is Mahajaya purchaser that bought with a super cheap price. When purchaser bought from Mahajaya, no concept for the project. No landscaping, no clubhouse, no nice facade., that's why 500k+. You pay more now is because of the value added component, and also TMS name biggrin.gif

No, I am not a KR buyer. From my observation, TMS key focus is selling the concept, and not in the material used. Even their semi-d is using lousy fittings. Take a look at their flooring and doors material you will understand. Therefore, get ready to spend to renovate if you really want a good looking outside and inside house biggrin.gif

Mah Sing is always good in selling concept but sacrifice quality in order to keep the selling price affordable. I&P pulak quality house but no concept. So up to buyers to choose what they want.
