Hi azharsdin, my I know the one the TM provided is the D-Link DIR615 model? And may I know how you use the 5 static IP on the router provided, so that I can check or recommend which router is suitable for you.

Thank you

QUOTE(azharsdin @ Nov 6 2012, 03:54 PM)
Yes the stock router is the DIR615.

The 5 IP are used for gateway server, proxy server, storage server and video conference. I previously used N13U-B1 but when we upgrade from 1 IP to 5 IP the router did not have the features to use 5 IP.

Thanks.
@ASUSmy... any recommendations please? cry.gif

Hi azharsdin, sorry to inform you that currently we don't have a router that can support 5 static IP at once.

Thank you

Asusmy. I'm not following this thread. Pls pm or call me.I still face the same problem after updating the firmware. Had done this so many times and switch between asus router and another router that works. Every time I have to reconfigure all my wireless ip devices, my ip camera all over again! Please test it out first and make sure it addresses my problem before getting me to try it. If it can't be resolved pls refund my money. Tqvm

Seems the broadcom (RT-N12 C1) doesn't play well with Ralink RT-N56U especially in encrypted mode. I don't think firmware updating will rectify the issue here flowerhorn. Ralink is notorious for being very selective with other chipset.

It happened when I turn OFF the QoS from On. After the process completed, the router just reset to factory default. I had to use Firmware Flashing tools to reflash again.

Will email you my confirmed files to you in a short while

The same thing happen again and again. This is totally frustrated. This time i just off the router and on back after few sec. It boot into recovery mode. Wifi gone, LAN gone...everything is back to factory default.

Had to use my trusted Linksys WRT-54GL as backup while I troubleshoot this... Lucky, I still got spare router to use. If depend on this Asus router? Doom.

What a shame to such a excellent hardware router but unreliable, unstable, crap firmware

Seriously WTF.... you mean these problems still not solved???????? And my complains here (page 41 aug 13) almost 3 mths ago!!! And these problems were logged wayyyyyy longer than 3mths. What in the world is ASUSmy been doing here??? Oh i know.....

1. handed some logging tool for Prasys to check on 13U
2. excuses and deflections saying Asus programmers / RD are on top of it .. get back ASAP
3. compiling problems.
4. excuses and more deflections.
5. wud gladly help those, other than 13U users and happily skip 13U queries and hope nobody notices it.
6. repeat point 2-5 til 13U users gives up.

Sighhhh I've since moved on... i'm just here to get updated wots happening on those threads i posted before.

Sell, replace, donate, burn, bash it up, give/throw away yur 13U and move on. Tell yur frends / relatives to avoid ASUS, trust me, u'll b happier. ASUS only interested in helping those who buys their top end products. This is at least a year old problem. If they cant solve then, I doubt very much they can solve it now. Afterall this 13U probably running into its last year or so b4 they pull it out of production.

Hate to say this guys, but we got SCREWED.

Meantime, excuses and deflections will go on n on n on... tats all u gonna get frm ASUSmy.

Hi nonamezzzzz, may I know you are trying to connect it by using LAN or wifi? You want to use your router for online purposed only? What is your current firmware for RT-N13U? Do you configure any setting inside the router?

Thank you.

Hi den, you can remotely access the router and add new task for the download master. To enable you to access your router remotely, please install the latest firmware. Once updated, create a DDNS name if you not yet create and follow the image below to enable the function.

The "Enable Web Access from WAN" by default is "No".

After you select "Yes" the "Port of Web Access from WAN" will come out with the port number provided.

When you are at remote location, you can access it with DDNS name that you have created http://DDNS.asuscomm.com:8080.

Hi ASUSmy, I am trying to connect it over wifi, had no issue previously with Unifi router. The firmware is 9.1.2.5l and I am using this for ATV and also laptops, tablets and smartphones. Don't think I have configured anything inside the router.

Thanks.
