I have a question.. I hope somebody can help me out...

I am using the dreaded TM DLINK router now to support my UnifiBiz 20 with 5 IP package for my company. Previously i was using N13U for as my router. But when I changed from single IP to 5 IP N13U cannot support the 5 IP.

Is this true? If its not true, where is the config for the 5 IP setup in N13U?
*
Hi azharsdin, this router cannot support multiple static IP address.

Thank you

This same problem happened again!
RT-AC66U reset back to factory default after I disable to QOS. What a turd router. I paid for more than RM700 for a pieces of Junk.

@ASUSmy, Your router hardware is good. But firmware like crap.. Just like your previous few model..
I going to do like U advise. Upgrade to latest version of firmware, do a full reset. If same shit happen again. I going to post here again

Hi mikelanding, would you mind sending me the configuration file so that I can have a test on my device here?

And you mention it happen again, you mean it automatically reset to factory default twice already or it hang again, same as last time.

I will PM you my e-mail address.

Thank you

It happened when I turn OFF the QoS from On. After the process completed, the router just reset to factory default. I had to use Firmware Flashing tools to reflash again.

Will email you my confirmed files to you in a short while

Hi azharsdin, my I know the one the TM provided is the D-Link DIR615 model? And may I know how you use the 5 static IP on the router provided, so that I can check or recommend which router is suitable for you.

Thank you

Yes the stock router is the DIR615.

The 5 IP are used for gateway server, proxy server, storage server and video conference. I previously used N13U-B1 but when we upgrade from 1 IP to 5 IP the router did not have the features to use 5 IP.

Thanks.
@ASUSmy... any recommendations please? cry.gif

Hi Alexdino, may I know are you wifi or LAN cable to online? If you using LAN, can I know which LAN port do you use. And do you select the Unifi Home or Unifi Business when doing the set up.

Thank you

Hi Alexdino, may I know in the router under "Network Map" does the Internet Status indicate Connected?

If no, can you try reconfigure the router again?

Thank you
