zzz. I try 1 more time to make sure I get my 500mb data or not. On my 3g and cellular data, tried to surf net, my credit deducted by rm2.

zzz. just called CS. It's so weird, the guy don't know iPhone 4 got launching event. He said iPhone only can buy start from today. zzz. After explain to him, he said did I already wait for 24 hours. Yes, it's already more than 24 hours. Then, he said wait till tomorrow morning. Hopefully, I can get the free data by tomorrow.

line 1 - ivalue 1, just switch from value plus 50, start from saturday night. sunday morning unbilled amount 750 in the morning, now 870. 3 local calls to maxis line, 40mb usage. unbilled amount before switch to ivalue 1, around RM40 - RM50, ZERO data usage. line 2 - upgrade ivalue 2 on saturday night, unbilled amount 900 in the morning then now 1300. 5 or 6 local calls, maxis or celcom line, 100mb usage. unbilled amount before upgrade, around RM40 - RM60, data usage before upgrade - 300mb. |

I dont know how it happened, I called CS 3 times, same asnwer like what everyone is getting. I took out the sim card and put in sony ericsson now, I am not going to use Iphone until I find out what happened on 28th September. RM2k++++ in a day man......amazingly unbelieveable!!!!
But in the afternoon after the second call the unbilled amount drop from 900 to 400++ then shot up to 1300 at 11pm, its like roller coaster!!!!! |

received callback from maxis CS earlier around 8pm. she said nothing can be done with the unbilled amount. line will be barred if no payment made once credit limit exceeded. i just gave her my credit card number to make a min payment just to avoid service disruption. haiz...

My girl friend had encounter for overcharge problem ~
RM2xx, from Value Plus 50 to iValue 100 ~ But mine one got no problem, because is Value Plus 80 + iData 3 ~ Anyone get solve the problem? The CS told me that she had send a report and give 3 days period for not barred my GF line ~ |
