zzz. just called CS. It's so weird, the guy don't know iPhone 4 got launching event. He said iPhone only can buy start from today. zzz. After explain to him, he said did I already wait for 24 hours. Yes, it's already more than 24 hours. Then, he said wait till tomorrow morning. Hopefully, I can get the free data by tomorrow.

juz subscribe the mobile internet plan, rm68 for 500mb/month. if u wanna change to postpaid also can

i know it's on the 1st page but still have doubts since it's still not on maxis' website

Think I am not alone here.

line 1 - ivalue 1, just switch from value plus 50, start from saturday night. sunday morning unbilled amount 750 in the morning, now 870. 3 local calls to maxis line, 40mb usage.

unbilled amount before switch to ivalue 1, around RM40 - RM50, ZERO data usage.

line 2 - upgrade ivalue 2 on saturday night, unbilled amount 900 in the morning then now 1300. 5 or 6 local calls, maxis or celcom line, 100mb usage.

unbilled amount before upgrade, around RM40 - RM60, data usage before upgrade - 300mb.

How did this happen? I need to check for myself.

i wonder if those buy with prepaid then their credit straight zero?

I dont know how it happened, I called CS 3 times, same asnwer like what everyone is getting. I took out the sim card and put in sony ericsson now, I am not going to use Iphone until I find out what happened on 28th September. RM2k++++ in a day man......amazingly unbelieveable!!!!

But in the afternoon after the second call the unbilled amount drop from 900 to 400++ then shot up to 1300 at 11pm, its like roller coaster!!!!!

seriously ur case are worst than mine ......

my answer from maxis CS are they will pass this case to billing department and billing dept will reach back me on monday ...will call again if they dint reach back to me ...

hope this problem can be fix asap cause alot user are facing it .....

if they bill come and it show the charges are higher than my usage , i think i will bising at their service centre 1st then if unsolve will lodge a report to mcmc and nccc ......( hope i dont need to do this la ...)

mostly the data usage u check from ur phone is different with the bills....

so tat y i said maxis always get shocking bills...

but this problem seem gone long time ago and now come back again??

maybe system problem due to the launching...

wanna use more than 1gb one month kinda hard also....

or the unbilling amount u checked still not yet deduct the ivalue price?

cause in the bill they charge for all ur usage then just deduct lastly...

received callback from maxis CS earlier around 8pm. she said nothing can be done with the unbilled amount. line will be barred if no payment made once credit limit exceeded. i just gave her my credit card number to make a min payment just to avoid service disruption. haiz...

RM2xx, from Value Plus 50 to iValue 100 ~

But mine one got no problem, because is Value Plus 80 + iData 3 ~

Anyone get solve the problem?
The CS told me that she had send a report and give 3 days period for not barred my GF line ~

just called maxis because i got barred also, they say its their system problem causing iphone user data to shoot up and they are trying to rectify it, they unbarred it for me and assured that excess data fee will be waived, cheers guys

I got a shocking SMS on Sunday morning, after my 25km Newton run, i was so tired and saw this SMS really psst me off!

For my case - i signed ivalue plan from VP50 on the dot on 25 September 2010, 00:15.

before tht unbilled RM50 now its shoot up RM255 with usage of 58MB.

Bro, what i have done is i insisted that i will not pay the minimum amount, its maxis problem. i signed ivalue and i shd get ivalue in return.

1st maxis CS was useless, then i called again (btw its advisable to select "iphone4 option) and the maxis CS realised my problems as there's also other complaining the same thing.

so he lift my barring instructions.

same here. was told maxis cs are working on it.

btw, i was told my plan was not converted to ivalue plan, that's why the overcharging problems happen.
let's wait how maxis going to solve it within 2 days.

i was told to call back maxis on Tuesday to checks again.

I subscribed for myself and my wife on Saturday at Maxis Centre KLCC for RM58 for 500mb/mth. I asked him that I remember seeing in the website as RM50 .... then he told me that is only if with phone purchase Been a Maxis customer for 12 years ....

I was told to call customer service by Tuesday, lucky my iData got no problem but still have to settle for my gf bill problem.
