Hi, i'm new to maxis postpaid ...using hotlink last time

i change to maxis value 30 on 24 sept 3pm and dint make call n sms,
on the midnite launch i upgrade to ivalue 1 plan ...

so my question is :
my plan will be ivalue 1 from value30 on the spot when i upgrade on the midnite launch rite???
(i did call up maxis CS to verify tat im on ivalue plan, just want to confirm with urs again )

cause on today morning(25 sept) i check my current billed amount is RM5.32 (24/10/2010) and total amount due = RM-24.68

and my Unbilled amount = RM 175.62( as if 25/9/10 7am)
(roughly usage of 20 min call, 40 mb data)
Does it means i need to pay the RM 175.62 ???but i dono y the bill is so high if its already ivalue1 plan ...
i did call up to maxis CS and the staff say she position is low so cant check n will submit this case to some other department n will contact me back later , but until now aso no news ...

kinda worried now and need some advises from urs ...

seems like i'm not the only 1 who facing this problem ,
i'm already verify wif maxis CS im on the ivalue plan , and yesterday my unbilled was rm 175.62
call up 3 time and the last time was at night and the staff said will pass this case to billing dept and only monday can reach back to me ...
today morning i check my unbilled again and it show 244.86 with only 1 minutes of call to digi and 0.1mb data usage and 5min of call to 123 on yesterday nite (don tink calling 123 will be charge rite ? )

Hmm u also facing this kind of problem before ???

what if the bill come at the end of the month and show the same as unbilled amount ???
still can check with maxis customer service at that time ? (either via phone or at maxis centre ) or cant do anything and need to pay tat amount ?

i'm already shocked when saw my bill at sat rm175 n today morning rm 244, wonder tomolo will be how much ...

seriously maxis need to fix this asap .....

seriously ur case are worst than mine ......

my answer from maxis CS are they will pass this case to billing department and billing dept will reach back me on monday ...will call again if they dint reach back to me ...

hope this problem can be fix asap cause alot user are facing it .....

if they bill come and it show the charges are higher than my usage , i think i will bising at their service centre 1st then if unsolve will lodge a report to mcmc and nccc ......( hope i dont need to do this la ...)

I just wrote a message to maxis at their website and i received sms from them and include case reference number , hope they can solve this issue asap and will contact me soon and not just give the case ref no to me and no reply from them...this issue relly make me headache since im new postpaid user ...

Yes... u need to pay

erm ...take my plan as a example,

Currently im taking ivalue1 RM100 plan, and the unbilled amount now is RM4,

Let say my unbilled amount is RM4 end of the month, so the total amount i need to pay is RM 100 or RM 104 ???

Hmm... i hav track my record today based on the unbilled amount, i think the unbilled amount wont include free data ,
because today 10am ++ i hav around 4 mins of call and 2 sms, the charges is 81 sen , (unbilled amount at 10 am is rm4.25 and at 1pm is rm5.06)
then from 1pm till 6pm unbilled amount is rm 5.56 with 5 sms to hotlink no and few mb of data usage...

so i think they will include all the call n sms into unbilled amount but no data ...then end of the month only will know the exact amount ...

will call to maxis cs to confirm again, cause some of them just cant provide a better answer and say will contact me back ...

the 1st bill are entitle to have free xxx min talktime n xxx sms is ...and is included in the unbilled amount too(data usage wont be included in the unbilled amount) ,
only when the bill come then only will minus out the free xxx min of calls and xxx sms ...
this is what the Maxis CS told me ...
i roughly estimate my usage on call n sms to compare with the unbilled amount and it's amount charge is almost the same ...
i havent received my bill yet , so can't 100% confirm ...
