on the 2 year warranty part, normally iphone warranty given is 1 year, while additional warranty need to pay (example SG iphone additional warranty cost SGD99.00)

For my case - i signed ivalue plan from VP50 on the dot on 25 September 2010, 00:15.

before tht unbilled RM50 now its shoot up RM255 with usage of 58MB.

Bro, what i have done is i insisted that i will not pay the minimum amount, its maxis problem. i signed ivalue and i shd get ivalue in return.

1st maxis CS was useless, then i called again (btw its advisable to select "iphone4 option) and the maxis CS realised my problems as there's also other complaining the same thing.

so he lift my barring instructions.

same here. was told maxis cs are working on it.

btw, i was told my plan was not converted to ivalue plan, that's why the overcharging problems happen.
let's wait how maxis going to solve it within 2 days.

i was told to call back maxis on Tuesday to checks again.

its seem SMS to other networks are un-avoidable!

the iValue plan is not 1Malaysia friendly! now im SMS less to other network friends!

i found maxis did not credit back RM80 back to my bill to set off against my current charges.

i got previous months balance carry forwards, tht y current month cycle i did not have RM80 set off...

the maxis customer service will tell you Yes with purchase via hotlink prepaid.

But in fact iPhone for hotlink is no stock. you can try your luck asking Maxis customer service which maxis store have stock and leave ur name to them for reservation.

they will checks and ask you go to the maxis store.
