yeah~~ same problem i got. i received a SMS and i was told tat my unbilled payment is over the credit limit of my account on the same day i signed up the iValue plan for iPhone 4 at The Gardens. @.@ Went to the Maxis Centre at The Gardens, and i was told that i cannot check my unbilled itemized bill of my account.. this morning get barred~ =.=" Luckily i read the posts here many ppl encountered the same issue. Called 123, selected "iPhone4" option. talked to a Maxis CS and they helped me to unbar my line until they fix the issue... Oh~~ Maxis. This post has been edited by A4pApEr: Sep 27 2010, 11:59 AM

Unfortunately, I'm having the same problem as well. I got the phone on Friday and later that evening I got a sms from Maxis that my usage is almost nearing up the credit limit.
I thought I did wrong somewhere. So I pay up RM150 just not to get barred. Today, after reading all of your complaints, I checked my unbilled amount and it shoots up to RM350 already.
Lodged a complaint to Maxis CS on 123. He said that they will check. And claimed that there's a problem with their system. It should be restored in one or two days time. He also helped to make sure that my phone isn't going to be barred even if exceeds my credit limit.
Thanks guys!

Previous when I upgrade my value plus to ivalue at gardens, the person told me I still retain the free calls between my supplementary lines, just now I at another maxis centre and the person told me only when my supp call me, they will use the free call time while I call my supp line it still deduct minutes from my ivalue plan. so which is true?

At least Maxis took action fast. I am unsure about how Maxis is going to charge me, i took iValue 1, credit limit RM100, so meaning i currently unbilled amount is only RM2.85, in the end of the month i will still be paying RM100, so i can actually use all i want? (since its the end of the month) This post has been edited by iSaaCiMaCiPC: Sep 28 2010, 02:30 AM

Good morning.
Anyone taking legislation action against Maxis since this case has involved quite a number of individuals? Maxis has sent couple of bills that spook the daylights out of those "unfortunate" ones.
Regards, Joey

Regards, Joey Besides asking everyone else to incur losses on a telco giant that has unlimited amount of legal power that will make sure you'll get pretty much poorer, what are you going to besides being a good samaritan and a keyboard warrior to suggest such a thing?, plus if you havent realized the contract T&C of the postpaid and ivalue plans, im sure they put a small line that reads "Maxis is not liable for system malfunctions". you are talking about a company that has 10 million subscribers.

It was a mere question. Why would you want to be jumpy? You are such an easy tick off. So, what if a corporation has 10 million subscribers in its pocket?
By the way Maxis has a total of 2.68 million postpaid subscribers, 9.84 million prepaid and 448,000 wireless broadband subscribers on its 2nd quarter of fiscal year 2010.
Regards, Joey

I think a lot of people here are getting edgy and panic because of this "unbilled amount" thing but how maxis works is,
Unbilled amount = payment if u did not have the free talktime & data (data is the one that kills cos 1mb is RM5 if u didnt have data plan)
How they actually bill u end of the month is that the data and talktime will be discounted off using a 'rebate' system.
How maxis counter this issue is give a lot more credit limit at account. Last time my account CL is almost RM3k when my actual monthly commitment is only RM30. So that way, your unbilled amount wont hit the ceiling.
Hope this clarifies for people
