My unbill amount spiked all of a sudden also. I just got my iphone4 yday and this morning line was barred, exceed credit limit. Called 123 to solve the problem and CS said can't give me breakdown until next bill is out. Had to pay some money to reduce credit limit to unbar phone line.

Ask CS to raise a report to their billing department unbar ur account. Said their billing got problem, 1 day how to finish 1Gb data allocation. I too face this problem luckily they don't bar my line. Just receive the sms saying my bill is RM250. That's for 13 minutes of call and 60MB of data.

coz i not using so much data
but quite not worth in the iData2

and using iPhone must change from prepaid to postpaid ?

yeah i have the same problem but mine didn't exceed... i have Rm600 credit limit but was near to 590...
i actually went to ask but they said they can't do anything at the moment as well

i also kena SMS from maxis saying over limit ...
after only 2 days of usage ?! called 123 & the CS offered to change my cycle date to 28th so that i can receive the statement faster to see the charges.. she said there's no other way to see the unbilled transactions now.

i call maxis redi. they say ivalue customers can subscribe coz im currently subcsribed to it from my previous value80.. so they6 kinda continued it to my ivalue2..

some people told me is to all telecom, some told me is to maxis only.

sounds scary to subscribe to ivalue plans since so many people here complained bout the extra hidden charges.

by the way, when can we buy the phone (RRP2290) without contract?

no where, unless u buy it from other people or buy a second one after buying one with maxis and contract.


and for the ivalue charges. only calling can call all network, sms only for maxis to maxis, other network flat rate 10sen/sms.

the free calls is for all telco. SMS n MMS is for maxis only

so meaning if i take up the ivalue 1 RM100 plan...they said free local call 333 mins meaning i can call other operator from maxis to celcom/digi/land line for 333 mins for free right? if i exceed the 333 mins...then they will charge me on top of RM100 value already right per usage?

I bought iPhone 4 with prepaid plan also but till now I don't get the free 500 mb data. Whenever I on 3G and cellular data, my credit running low.

Sure dude? If yes it's good news because there's nothing about prepaid listed in their site. So u pay the RRP, either rm2290 or rm2690 and monthly 500mb for a year right?
