its abnormal.pls call TM to lodge complaint u should get 450kb/s average

That's what I hate to do ..

Check modem, ping ip, ask for alarm system, turn on and off modem, etc .. bla bla bla.. everytime the same thing for over 10mins.. Waste my time..

Constantly getting 450 kB/sec to 550 kB/sec download speed 24/7 hehehe

Lost 218.111 ip range , and now its 175.145.x.x , great

in my area, i only able to get 218 at Monday-friday morning.
If i DC at night/weekend i will only stuck at 175 until morning/monday only i can reset modem to get back 218 :/

I can get constant 4xxkB/sec but not on file sharing host.. Don't know why..

5 disconnection in less than half an hour. What te hell is wrong with it today. Once a day I can still accept but 5 times? jeez...

u can tell them u done everything d and now the speed still slow . i alwaz told them dont ask me again .

But routing to US with 175 is not bad , but latency is kinda bad. To china , HK , and to japan , the routing sucks big time

just sit thru it...

Operator never really help .. I don't wanna call 'em up.. All they know is follow script and write report..

After testing so many things .. I guess those host are limiting my download speed especially RS.. send, pause, send, pause, etc.. That's why my speed fluctuate a lot ..

I'll try to use more on MU or HF as I can reach 300+kB/sec with them ..

I'm a free user anyway.. Wonder if there's any trick to get faster download..

Downloading with IDM, Jdownloader and Flashget all seem same..

I tried downloading from MU without using premium account before, the speed was unstable and it's always lower than 400KB/s, while using premium it's always around 500KB/s.

after 3-4call to 100 successful to connect to 4mb department, each time will take 30min above to try, the 4th call success, ask me using pingplotter to submit the result to help@tm.com.my
each call will auto dc above 30mins, take care about, and the 4mb cs will call back to the contact leave at the cs.
i dont think they will solve the problem for surf china website more faster.

Went to TM Point on Fri to apply to upgrade to 4MB Blockbuster package. Today (yes on Sun, I was surprised too) the installer came to check my line and install the 4MB speed. Very quick service, so I'm happy.

He got me a 5MB cap. Is my SNR ok or not?

Is there any way to choose the IP address range? Currently I'm still on 115. How to get to 218?

Lastly, I just did a speed test. Speed still around 1.5Mbps (same as before). Installer says need 24 hours before they fully activate the 4MB speed. Is that true?
