Is it where the DSL light is stable but you're not getting any IP (hence not connecting)? If so, happens to me more than a few times. The port hangs but its on the local switch. The TM CS can't detect it. Only a technician knows and can fix it.

A technician had to come and fix it. To be exact, they have to go to the switch you're connecting with and reset your port. If they check from your house they can clearly see your port has hanged. But from TM CS, they can't see a thing. It's a really pain in the ass explaining to them after it happens so many times.

The technician said to me its the port that hangs. The port on the local switch. Not the kind of where your username hangs and TM CS can't fix it.

I have a question. Can I upgrade the package even though I'm still within the contract period?

Just got my 4mbps. The cap is already on 4096 (later complaint get 5k ) but speed still at old speed (1Mbps capped at 2Mbps). The bro said need to wait 24 hours for the speed to raise to 4Mbps.

One interesting about my application is, I apply for 4Mbps they say no port. Even got an official letter from TM say no service available at my place. So I cancel and apply for 1Mbps. Got it installed last saturday and yesterday went to TMpoint submit upgrade application for 4Mbps. Today the bro come and got my 4Mbps. The best of all, on saturday install 1Mbps got 1 free modem. Today the bro come also gives me another modem. Got 1 spare modem free of charge. Now I'm liking TM

actually I heard about SNR dropping once cap is raised but even when I'm still capped at 2Mbps my SNR is 31. After raise to 4Mbps still the same which is 31.

But it was the installer who was a bit rajin. My appointment was suppose to be on Wednesday. Then again, it is still only 2 days so mine was pretty quick.

5 disconnection in less than half an hour. What te hell is wrong with it today. Once a day I can still accept but 5 times? jeez...

Anyone having unstable downloads on 218.111 speed? It's been really unstable for me since this morning. 10 seconds at full speed 400kb/s then lower to 0kb/s. This just keep repeating over and over. Did get a 175.xx previously and my download was really smooth. But now lost it already and my download is back unstable. Download server location is in Denver, US.

Has anyone experience unstableness with their downloads? Direct downloads I mean, not torrent. Mine has been going crazy these few days. It goes up and down barely reaching 300kb/s. Average speed sometime can be lower than 100kb/s! Wanna report it to TM but all they say is make a speedtest and obviously that's going to take the maximum speed. So I'm stuck with an insanely unstable speed. It gets better at night but nowhere near where I usually get which is around 400kb/s.

Same thing happened to me. 2 days after I got my second bill, my line was cut. TM don't give a shit anymore for their customers. I still remember the month before I paid on the 4th month! And even then I didn't pay for the 3rd month bill.
