I'll just play with them untill they did not bother to update. Then I dont call or annoy them. I just send a letter saying that I am very displeased , generally they would get back to me and do. This is how some people did it. I would just wait and stay cool

I just saw 1 person at TMpoint counter, im not sure what is the problem, but, until the customer support said. " Encik, tolong bersabar , kita akan update kepada encik within 24hrs", but seem the person, don bother to understand and keep pushing asking.. wth..
