my china fren told me that china isp can provide 10mb up/2mb down by using normal telephone cable, y malaysia only can get 4m and with lot of problem??????

what download program you guy used (with good download speed 3mb+), i use xunlei thunder in my win7 64bit result is vary but normally slow speed on bt / emule file....(10~20kb each file, some time 150~200kb but some times.....)
