Anyone experience slow wifi speeds with the Riger modem? I havent tried it, but my mom says her wifi speed is slower than before.

The signal of the Riger Modem isn't really good...

ppl here are providing info based on they get from tm staff. so no point u shouting or scolding them bs right? and i dont think anyone here really free like u carry recording device and record all the way when u speak to ppl. ^^

maybe some place tmpoint get different memo from their head? some got stock some doesnt? haha. get used of it. double standard procedure etc. like my fren, terminated his treamyx combo, no need return his modem and can keep, subscribe unipack yet get another wireless ^^
haha, bo bian de. u dealing with tmnet. as me also frustated with their service, but what can i do. i apply 4mbps, two techinician say different thinngy, mk my case complicated. now cancceling reapply. but the cancelation took ages to be done. went to tmpoint til i sien.

Just wait , even mine it states 1 year. Called up hp guy , he said just wait. Like someone posted they have too many orders now. So just give them some room , important thing is that dont throw the box , even if you want to throw the box , just tear off the sticker which indicates your delivery information and store it in a safe location and keep the receipt the one that you signed as well. Two important stuff

while we can plus rm21 to change to 'jalur,,,,,,' another streamyx package for the hp netbook which is the promotion just came out, y they can say no stock???

i had just done the termination and application, really worry about the available of netbook which i am definetly need to wait for 1-2week before the activation(minimum, depend cooling perioud and new streamys activation efficiency )

erm....i was referring to those TM Point staff where they were told with....nvr nvr had such issues with TM Point Taman Desa....friendly staff somemore
