Applied on 26/4 until 1/6 still no news. I actually lost hope on it and decided to take a new form to register again since I terminated my account for over a month. Went to Students Affairs recop and prepare all the documents needed. Today before going to TMpoint I recheck the sams status and HULLA is updated with my unicoolpack. Although is kinda slow and was kinda angry but still happy with it.

i applied for new homeline and streamyx line, cool uni pack on 29th May, until now no news on ppl to come and fix homeline.

I'm not sure it is area dependent or not, but i think it might be the latest streamyx promotion that causes them to drop off the netbook away

btw, cool uni pack is still open for registration anyway, but they said without netbook

Hmm, do what you think about people like me who registered last week and just got our streamyx activated yesterday? Will we get the netbook for sure?

I just called 1800-88-6998, pressed 2 for order status. My order has not been processed yet, and the guy told me to call the same number, press 1 and ask the sales dept. But all of them are too busy to answer. Please, let the netbook be mine. I signed up for the netbook. It's the sole reason. I already have a streamyx account in my home (under my dad's name) paying RM77 monthly, and this coolunipack wouldnt be worth it without the netbook. Even if I'm only paying RM68 per month, the RM85 paid upon registration + RM160 for the internal wiring would render it worthless.

"You are still able to apply this promotion but just without netbook" told by TM staff.

Just wait , it takes some time for them to key in the data. Call them back umm say next week Monday or Tuesday and you'll know the status.

Registered last saturday and today streamyx already installed at my ipoh house. Guess now waiting for the netbook to be delivered, hope everything goes well

bullshit with all the no more stock, i went TM Point Taman Desa and apply 2 Cool Unipack without problem just now...

if they came without the notebook...MCMC will sure get a report from all of us =D

for those who were told that the netbook no more stock but can subscribe with the package, please provide evidence of recording the next time you go and ask, then at least we can try and complain see what result that TM would give us...

I got a maybe OT question here. Hope you guys dont mind. I have the Riger modem, where is the function in the web interface that lets you disconnect/reconnect the ADSL connection? Lazy to reboot the modem or take out the cable and plug it back in.

Just charge , once its 100% its good to go. No need to worry about 12 hour charging

Not sure but you can do it via telnet , just telnet to the router and login with tmadmin/tmadmin

You'll be given a list of option on what you want to do. I'll post a screenshot shortly

no netbook, i had just ask my mother to go to apply this package today since i am not there, i dont know but seem like no people told my mother the netbook out of stock.

the package stated they got netbook to be given out, if no netbook, tm should inform us while we are registering, is it?
if they didnt, can we complain for this if no netbook given?
