Just went to TM Point for registering new Home Line + Cool UniPack, but was told by the staff that Netbook is finished, left only the package itself. Can anyone confirm with this?

"You are still able to apply this promotion but just without netbook" told by TM staff.

Yesterday made a call to TM toll free, the operator told me the netbook and the Cool UniPack are still available, going to try it out at different TM Point tomorrow...

Just went to another TMpoint, the staff told me the netbook is still available, once I heard this, I'm quite happy with it as I finally can register the Cool UniPack, but then TM show me another pattern again, they said my University chop isn't acceptable since the chop itself doesn't stated it's from Student Affair department, but just the University name and registered no, I told her many of my friends registered with this chop at KL TMpoint, she straight away told me she got no guts to process my application and ask me to go KL TMpoint for registration, I really salute to TM customer services.

PS: Can I register at KL TMpoint eventhough my streamyx is to be installed at Perak state?

Same, she even asked her Supervisor, still the same, no guts to accept my application, no choice I've to go back to KL for registering.

huh? 2m cost you RM200? Impossible...

good to say that Netbook is still available, went to TMpoint just now for registering and took me about one and half hour for just waiting my number to be called, done it around 6pm. Luckily they still serving the remaining customer even though the closing time is at 5:30pm otherwise I'm gonna blame TMpoint like no tomorrow.

Ermm, had some problems with the TMpoint I went to, they didn't accept my University stamp, they said the stamp itself must have the "Student Affairs" stated where my stamp doesn't have but only the University name itself, then straight away back to KL's TMpoint and no problem with the stamp.

My streamyx has been activated and installed yesterday, and what should I do right now for getting the netbook from HP as soon as possible? Should I direct call HP to check whether they have receive my order or should I call TM for asking them to process my netbook order? Thank you in advance.

May I know how long you have been waiting since your streamyx activated?
