My situation is...
I submit termination form and unipack form together on 4th May 2010...
Got the termination slip and copy of unipack application form (blue color) when i walk off from the counter...
Unipack form was key in on 20th May 2010...
22nd May 2010 waiting for the technician to come...

Well, tell me what you have done so far..?

Well, if i am not mistaken, this thread is here to help..
Obviously i dont know the team`s number is shown on SAMS status, and i got the answer from here when i asked here in this thread few days ago...
Its kind of funny, cuz at least people like me could go to SAMS website to check the status...
What if for those who dont have internet, they are also a bunch who have to wait for TM fellows to call them right...
As u said, buying toto and hope to hit the number.

Nop they are only responsible for installing streamyx...
Other than that, nop, out of their job scope..

Netbook dont need to worry much lah, 2weeks after streamyx is installed shld arrive..

What is the whining for?

Well, my timeline?

4/05 - (Termination form) + (Unipack application form) - submit together.
4/05 - Terminated on the spot (back home and no more internet access)
20/05 - Unipack application form was being processed.
22/05 - Technician didnt come even thou there is an appointment on this date.
23/05 - Called him at 11am and settle a new appointment date with him.
24/05 - Came around 5pm and done.

Streamyx not under my name dats y i have to cancel it...
No, i did not phone them, they did not inform me as well..
All i did was, once terminate, give them a 2 weeks period...
After that, start checking your application status via SAMS and MIPS... (dont try to ask where to get the website, i can see a lot of people replied you already in the previous posts)

Yeah me too, takes me 16 days before my form is sent to HQ for further process...

Bear it in mind, during the so called 30 days cool down period, your form is still at TM Point, it isnt at HQ there...
HQ = Headquarters, heck they will keep counting the cooling down period remained...
So, if you want to process to be faster, call the HQ, not the TM Point biggrin.gif

Well, it seems like most of the people are having trouble with their first bills..
My friends were having sort of the same problems as well..
Where the bill isnt just RM53/RM68/RM83/RM88 for respective packages...
It seems like there are some funny charges as well...
And, to my surprise, TM is still charging my frend RM26 for phone rental...
Well, my frend then went to TM Point and it was waived...
Wth? TM aint gonna do anything about this if we consumers didnt complained?

Eager to receive my first bill now...

Anyway, just a random question for those using unipack now...

Do you guys get low download speed from megauploads/rapidshares/hotfile websites?

Cuz whenever i download files from these websites, i can never achieve full speed...
While i tried direct download, i can achieve 100kbps easily...
Including torrent downloading..
