My first telephone bill showed a charge RM 18.08 (Talian Telephone - 4km)
I phoned 100 and the staff told me it's actually rental fee. It's charged because the moment my telephone activated, my streamyx still havent activated. My telephone line activated on 15/4 while streamyx activation is on 20/4.
So, i can't enjoy the waived rental fee service. However, i found tat the RM 18.08 is charged for the period 15/4 - 7/5.
Since my streamyx is activated on 20/5, they should charge me for the rental fee from 15/4 - 17/4, isnt it?
beside, I applied this phone line just because of the streamyx, not because i wanna use the telephone. If it's not because the streamyx came late, i will not be charged this rental fee. Sometimes I think they purposely delay the assignment of contractor to us so tat they can earn from the rental fee then they hav an excuse saying it's charged becasue the streamyx still havent activated.
Do u think TM charge resonably?

Yeah me too, takes me 16 days before my form is sent to HQ for further process...

Bear it in mind, during the so called 30 days cool down period, your form is still at TM Point, it isnt at HQ there...
HQ = Headquarters, heck they will keep counting the cooling down period remained...
So, if you want to process to be faster, call the HQ, not the TM Point 

how to classified SNR margin with excellent or poor condition?
and wad is capped mean for?

believe or not , its depend on u ... Rm50+ & RM170 ...

i m using 8gb readyboost and i never feel lagness ... i use my netbook to do everything ...frm movie ,mozilla , IE , winamp ....

that comment for yourself dude, if you don't know much about the throughput of the thumbdrive compare to memory, just don give such idea
1st thing is, it may works fine if it doesn't load heavily from pendrive, that why it works fine in certain cases
primary memory is the first thing to load before load the secondary memory

use ur 8gb thumb drive for ready boost ..its better than for u to spend Rm160 juz for 2gb ddr2 ram

I did got the password to login my streamyx selfcare..what should I do?And also not have the login password for my streamyx email.
The package stated that I will get a free streamyx zone ID but I didn't got also..why?
I'm plan to upgrade my current package(384kbps) to 1MB..izit any places also can support 1MB normally?

streamyx email and free streamyx zone ID/password is same as your streamyx account's ID/pass
most of the area does support 1mb...you need to confirm with TM point..
