I applied for upgrade from grad pack to Cool Uni Pack since yesterday, but now my streamyx link is down, i check my order status it stated complete and refer to page 1 it should not have down time right?

Hey guys simple question. I applied for a new homeline and new streamyx account, do I need to pay for the monthly homeline rental? I was udner the impression that the fee would be waived.

Erm, i want to ask, is this a wireless broadband or can i still use multiple desktop to connect through wired lan connection and at the same time, with the netbook?

and what happens if i finish my degree after that? is this a long-term subscription or does it have a catch?

and after 24 month... the monthly fee change from rm38 to rm50? so if a pply for the 4gb package , the total fee after 24month?

pls google out wat is Streamyx coolunipack broadband... its not like digi broadband

Tell the reception you are from Cool Uni Pack, they will ask for your house number. If order been receive by Hp , you
most probably get a Web order number to track it online.

If yes, the disruption will take many days? coz i got my home line all setup properly now, or they need to install something else for 4M package? (Pj area)
