Higher risk, higher return mah for them (hopefully)...

Be realistic, comparing Damansara Avenue and Tropics Studio is a direct comparison, and yet we are seeing a completed product in a better location selling cheaper than a non-completed product, it is crazy indeed.
However, we are not saying that the purchasers are moron, it's just that for the same amount of money you have better alternatives for better return. |

went to their property gallery last week to take a look - opposite tropicana city mall, small unit still left one at the top floor facing sri damansara - cant remember if it's 600sq ft or 900sq ft, the rest of the big units are more then 50% sold. the price is crazy for a small unit, yet considered sold out. some more no show unit....very confident developer.

Based on the first picture in page 1 (proposed underpass from/to LDP - no longer need to make U turn to 1U), wonder other SD road users able to access this or juz exclusive to DA residents.
