I was told that they r balloting on the 25th.. Price is 600 psf .. I think way too high for a the area.. Moreover only airconds are provided without kitchen cabinets. DPC westside 1 is also same price with kitchen cabinets. Given the $$.. i will choose DPC |

you got money also cannot 100% to buy ...

A copy of IC, RM 20K cheque/BD and a printout copy of the e-invite is a requirement for the ballot.
