DA's commercial value is unproven, very much depends on developer's presistence to see through its 10yr masterplan and the odds is against them with DP, MD and KD coming up fast as regional hub for North KV and those places further supported by superior infrastructure such as mrt and b4 the kepong ldp toll

i would say good luck to DA.. just my own opinion, what do u guys think..

i like the positive spirit. and do hope so.. but no success story to tell at this area.. and 8trium seems quite so far further tells me something abt this area..

sg buloh booming around RRIM and KD.. not near kepong..

agree with your point of view of DA and the booming place of sungai buloh.

DA is very much depend on the developer TA global action. As u can see TA is not doing much thing these few years. the only most valueble place on hand is at imbi road. wondering they will do as what they promise or not. Sigh..

If u worry, Damansara Foresta buyers lagi worry.

Damansara Foresta concept does sell, but counting in number of units & price, it is steep for condo development.

Avenue sold out, Foresta sales slack. Right?

DA did not throw the price by themselves, they appointed Reapfield to throw the price of upto 10% discount from the earlier price.
By doing this the other earlier buyers cant complain as DA can push everything to Reapfield

This TA Is a big time idiot developer...not just want to maximise profit on everything but also keep the best ground floor units for its own!!
look at their blardy ugly sales office....Foresta 1 got style and got taste..they choped the trees and make the office furniture out of it...this is what i call GREEN

Big disappointment with TA Global, thought they have a good reputation...

How can they punish their early purchasers... vmad.gif which is so short sighted when they have so many phases to go

Understand that they bought the land from L&G n hence cost at market value few years back only unlike L&G the cost of their land is surely nominal...

If TA's DA is to maintain its price at RM600psf for the subesequent launches, should be able to sell. Because DF's current price already closed to 600psf. Plus DA's location is better.

The office suite n shops are near completion i think. Passed by yesterday.TA should slap themselves not making this proj successful given this gd loc within bsd. Totally fai in pricing n marketing. I hope they can get the linear park up asap to lure more ppls to hang ard there not jus vp the blocks without giving more on the common area as what they promised in their sales talk.

Azelia is the 1st phase of the project and there is no launching since, such big piece of land and no subsequent launches.
