Ya, i called and they say the price for the residential unit will be from RM500 - RM600/sf!!!
So 1000sf x say RM550/sf = RM550,000.00!!! They are making billions man! |

Higher risk, higher return mah for them (hopefully)...
But for me, most of the prices now hv gone crazy yet sold very well, i am waiting to see the consequences, 3 yrs down the road..  |
