Ameera at SS2 is around RM450psf, I will not take DA if it is RM500-600psf.

The Desa ParkCity masterplan covers around 7,500 residential units in total.
To date up to Casaman, they have launched 2,482 units. The balance of 5,000 units will be ALL highrise. So what's now? - 5,000 units highrise from Perdana ParkCity. - 5,000 units highrise from L&G at BSD. - Unknown total unit from TA Global. We are looking for at least 40,000 additional residents into this area. In Mont' Kiara now we have around 16,000 completed units and additional 9,000 units coming in within 3 years. |

You have to do an apple to apple comparison, so you want to compare to which Project in PJ. Or maybe comparing a LH double storey linked in manjalara with a freehold in SS2?

Indeed they are looking at RM550-600psf but I thought it was for the Studio units around 600 sq ft.

I was waiting for this project for so long.
However to pay at least 50% more than a 2-storey landed for a 1,909sf condominium for the sake of 'design concept' or 'new project' or 'security' seriously need more than foresight. |
