anyone who went? can share the take up and response?
RM600psf at this area is really don't know what to say. given the option will definitely go for DPC Westside which is half way thru construction and selling at the same price plus proven track record and damn nice environment. |

really wonder what these people are thinking.
paid RM391K for a 614sf studio, who will be their target market to rent it to? 391K needs at least RM2K rental a mth to get 5% yield, who will wanna pay RM2K for a place in Sri Damansara, everyday pays LDP toll and still get caught in the traffic during peak hours? Tropics at RM500+ psf will be better bet, no construction risk, much better location and within mature area. RM600psf, West Side inside DPC definitely a better buy. Really can't understand, can anyone enlighten me what i've overlooked, what is so special abt Damansara Avenue? many thanks! QUOTE(JRZ @ Jun 27 2011, 04:38 PM) agreed.all investments involved risk taking. but there's something called " calculated risk". unless there are special features justifying for the price, which i hope someone will share with us later on, otherwise, it looks like pure speculation on studios? |
