Hopefully but it's sad to see there is no other launching so far ppl who invested on this area might need to keep for at least a few more years.

TA global promised to have subsequent launch but so far no news for other development over there

yes you are correct just when there today to check out the remaining properties in there.

Left 8 unit for Azelia.... all lower floor (<8 floor)

and still no show room. They say might only have 1 if they are going to build phase 2
cant seems to post any pic... will try again later

the shop lot is started being occupied. I see a lot of renovation going on.

papajones, bianco, and etc... there is one malay/mamak restaurant in the middle of the shop.
