A copy of IC, RM 20K cheque/BD and a printout copy of the e-invite is a requirement for the ballot.

Anyone with risk appetite should try your luck in this ballot.

then DA project can fetch good rental in this case..?

i know 4 rented nadia studio unit,
the rental is 1,600 fully furnished, 1,550 partly furnished, and 1,350 unfurnished (this unfurnished unit tenant rent from rm1,100 till now for 3years like that la), 1,500 fully furnished (also rent for 3 years already, but dont know how much rental when beginning)

3rooms unfurnished unit i know got 1 owner rent in out rm500 to 700 per room (seems not really good return).

and 1 more 3rooms fully furnished unit rented at rm2,800 (high floor).

so i guess we still can get cheap rental unit provided that the owner bought their unit in the beginning.

anyone who went? can share the take up and response?

RM600psf at this area is really don't know what to say. given the option will definitely go for DPC Westside which is half way thru construction and selling at the same price plus proven track record and damn nice environment.

really wonder what these people are thinking.

paid RM391K for a 614sf studio, who will be their target market to rent it to? 391K needs at least RM2K rental a mth to get 5% yield, who will wanna pay RM2K for a place in Sri Damansara, everyday pays LDP toll and still get caught in the traffic during peak hours?

Tropics at RM500+ psf will be better bet, no construction risk, much better location and within mature area.

RM600psf, West Side inside DPC definitely a better buy.

Really can't understand, can anyone enlighten me what i've overlooked, what is so special abt Damansara Avenue?

many thanks!
