Looks promising! Properties in this vicinity have shown very high returns. Btw, I stay in Sunway SPK and I think that the traffic is fine even during peak hours. The jammed areas are on route to sg buloh and kepong.

Sunway SPK is nice at the moment because the apartments/condos haven't come up yet.... PLAZA MEDAN PUTRA, BANDAR MENJALARA, Bandar Manjalara, just right beside your lovely Sunway SPK... Once people start moving in there, it will increase 2500-3000 cars/traffic in that area.... You see the parking issue at Pangsapuri Menara Menjalara???? just right beside Sunway SPK/Desa Park City.... Plus a few high rise condos/apartments are planned in Kepong area... they will use the road in front of Sunway SPK access to LDP to One Utama.... Traffic will be terrible, high class house surrounded by low medium condos/apartments.... you will see many crimes happen in that area soon... Better go and check it out.... |
