there are really quite a lot of new project there.. dunno how much is the price range for others? one thing for sure. Damansara Avenue sure affected by foresta.

Foresta average RM500psf or lower. DA average RM600 psf or higher. More than 20% difference...

I think it DA will be good in future if they build all as planned

When will Altivo Plaza be vp?

If launch in Aug 2010, by 2013 should be ready, right?

Wonder who will be the operators at the retail units?

I think TA global will manage back. TA have lots of phase going to launch for it and i think they will make Ativo become a good place before they can increase their selling price in future.

Ya, the 1st and 2nd floor of Altivo was not sold but lease out by TA, only offices 3rd floor up were sold..

The success of DA & its commercial will also bring up the value of nearby Foresta since they are both located in BSD.

In that case should be vp next year...saw the signboard beside Caltex along LDP, TA advertising for the type of businesses to lease the retail units...

Hope will become a new happening place in this part of town, wonder whether the urban park portion for Altivo will be ready when Altivo vp n open to public, then should be quite attractive...

Damansara Avenue will bring up the value of Sri Damansara landed, more than Damansara Foresta.

This project makes Sri Damansara more lively like DesaPark City.

Can't wait to bring family to enjoy the public facilities.

really looking forward for this DA when it got the mall and some other commercial in their future planning. so that the place will get value appreciate..

RM weakness & urbanization process will make Greater KL landed house extreme valuable asset.

DF is bigger size aka 1400sqft onwards for family, both projects are not competing but complementing.

I think DA is offering big size of residential as well.. Correct me if I am wrong
