Yes! Indeed the sensor for auto headlight is the one located on the dashboard as what yhlee said. I've done a test when parked my car in the basement, switched to auto headlight function and it was on. When I turn on a torchlight and flash to that thingy, my headlight turn off. Therefore, I'm sure that is the sensor for our Forte headlight. rclxms.gif

Regarding air-con insulation thingy, I'm using aircon insulator bought from air-con accessories shop which costs me RM2.50 per pc (about 1m-2m long).
the advantage is with insulation, our compressor doesn't have to run so frequent or work so hard due to reduced in the evaporation effect.
This concept applies to every types of air-con including your air-con at home.
u can see all cooling pipes are insulated or concealed.

u used Insulflex right? What size did u used? I'm thinking of doing it also later on. Now make use of the current cooling effect first, so later on can easily spot the difference when doing the aircond pipe insulation.

Hi,

I have tested drive this car last Sat. The pick up is as good as Forte 2.0 and changing gear is smoother. But no chance to test until 6 speed, coz only drive in the shop surrounding area.

My father just ordered one. So, my house now got one more Kim Chi. Anyway, he changes from one Kim Chi to another Kim Chi. rclxms.gif

very obvious the workshop want to con you money.
headlight sensor definitely is the black round knod on the dashboard, wrote in the user manual.
and also you can easily test it out, on auto during day time. use something to cover the knod that your headlight will on.
