Citibank loves to issue credit cards.... trying to capture market share.

Seems that my JustOne rebate has been reset.
Tested with 1 transaction and I had the rebate credited back today.

im using my cc to pay stuff by instalment..when i check online,there is no info about that transaction..can sifus here give explaination...thanks in advance..

I had my Astro bill paid via JustOne a few days back. 2-3 days later the rebate went in.

IWK and Assessment bills just arrived. I can "schedule" the payment online now, making it on Friday via SCB JustOne cc.

I jz paid assessment bill for my boss using my card, rm468 but using PBB and got rm30 cash back, its abit higher than justone. I paid my own 2 weeks ago rm630, end up rm0 cash back.

my dad call eon bank to ask the status and guess what.. they say no application submitted at all lehhh after like few weeks... call the branch they say submit di worrr few weeks ago then ask my dad to call cs to check.. call cs they ask my dad to call branch to check...aiyoooo what a lousy bank why tell so stupid one.. one form also cant handle mehhh need to push here and there.. my dad ask for credit card processing department number then the cs say they have no number...

dont worry.. they wont key in so fast once they received.. need to wait few weeks..

If still no news from EON bank CC after more than 1 month, better go BNM to check the CCRIS to ascertain no one intercept and alter your dad's application form.

no worr.. the cs say if they receive already sure got status pending worr... now no application received leee.. no record at all lehh... impossible key in also need few weeks gua...

Well, it's all very much depend on each individual. As for me, I will check CCRIS.
The fraudster just need to replace a fresh EON bank CC application form but only the address , contact number, signature are different.
