The CIMB Bank MasterCard gives you bonus points for every Ringgit charged on top of the discount (if applicable), For example, you'll get 10% off at Starbuck, ISETAN and much more and you'll still be rewarded with bonus points.

any freebies they are giving?

Added on June 14, 2010, 11:56 amhsbc ads in newspaper say they are giving rm200 dining voucher if we spend rm500 in a week but no information on their web site...they say the promo start in may already and voucher only for 600 card holders..

this one is a gimmick or real.. 600 surely fully grab by card holders and why not in web site.. also never mention what transaction for the rm500? petrol, online transaction or etc... anyone know?

Gentlemen

The whole idea to pay on time and of course by doing so, avoid the additional charges. I don't think it's wise to send a signal here that you could get away with late payment by threatening the banks. Sometimes you may genuinely forget to pay but still ... please accept that a mistake has been made.

besides of the trolley bag what else this citibank promoter is giving... the bag is ugly,,,

I have decided not to submit my application for this card. I read the T&Cs carefully, the campaign of RM50 cash back (service tax reimbursement) will run until 30-6-10. Anyway, I will forgo the Samsonite luggage.

why you dun wan to apply already leh? not good? or because citibank new card lower visa signature standard.. too bad

I think everyone can get a Visa Signature from Citibank.
The AF is truely match a premium CC which is RM600.
Visa Signature? Higher than platinum level?
I don't think so from now on with the issuance of Visa Signature from Citibank.
The requirement is super low for a premium CC, truely disappointed
*
just checked their website.. haha really rm60k to get the card.. lower than platinum leh.. who say visa signature is higher standard than platinum ahhh... aiyo.... downgrade my dad only..

this is merehsia.....i think they wouldn't too bother about privacy
GST is to pay government....so not possible to waive

annual fee MAYBE possible but usually they won't cause it cost them money to issue credit card

unless u spend alot on their card (they earn money) they will probably waive it to keep you as customer then you can cancel the card once they waive the anual fee
*
haha, if they waive the annual fee why i need to cancel again?

anyway, called the bank and gst has to offset with points and annual fee can waive...

oh yeah, my friend want to cancel uob card because of gst then bank offer give cash back if swuope few usage in a month and increase credit limit if she keep the card le.. other bank why no follow uob de...

they do that so that they can keep your friend as customer....your friend probably spend alot on his/her card...they dont increase your credit limit if he/she don't use it

you didn't use the card...they don't have profit....they probably wont waive for you even you threaten to cancel the card

you are not much of a good customer to them
*
no, she hardly use the uob card but they still waive the gst and increase the limit for her leh...normal card lagi hmm.gif
