Bro, anyone has idea for how much a current subsales for DSTH Ivory Corner Lot? Land approx 3,300 and built up 1,900 for basic unit.

I enjoy the party that night, bring whole family for free dinner drool.gif

Food is nice and show is good, show house also open to let people take photo.

There is not any announcement for Anggun 2 key handover date, but sale person said should be aroung August & Sept. Anggun 3 will be launch and this time HBL build Club House and Lake in Anggun 3 residence.

Commercial lot are almost sold out, althought a lot of people say it is too expensive, but only about 10 available unit only, price is also increased.

Hi, I went to the Amberley construction site last Sunday, everything goes smoothlt, managed to speak to their site supervisor and he told me that they (constructor) need to finish the whole construction by June 2012 and hand it over to developer. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif Attached Image Attached Image

thanks for the pics..wah that is very fast...! does that mean amberley VP will be in second half 2012? thought will only be done in 2013...

I did ask the agent that approach me to tell me the price for this property. He did not answer me. Anyone know the subsale market? please share if you know.

Wow. That is very fast if they really can hand over by June this year. I have same thought like you too and thought it will complete by early 2013.

i think no one is selling in the subsale market so that maybe the problem..nothing on iprop as well..everyone holding on it seems...cant blame them really..

The 1st phase Amberley buyers should collect their key by this Nov'2012 due to the expiration of the 2 years period from date of S&P.Attached Image

The constructor work really hard, even on sunday and night; you can see the big Lamp which appeared on the photo.

Hi Vassilius, i own one unit of coral and would like to let go at RM420k, but the unit will probably available only end of the year.

Hi guys,

I just signed SPA for the Coris unit and finalizing my loan. My brother bought another unit at Coris too and it is near the hill side. After I signed the SPA, my family went to M residence show house. Was not impressed. Although the house was 22 X80 (larger), the location is very far away from Jusco and near the Orchid farm. However, maybe in the future there will be more development there, but at the moment houses in Emerald looks more attractive.
