Hi, I went to the Amberley construction site last Sunday, everything goes smoothlt, managed to speak to their site supervisor and he told me that they (constructor) need to finish the whole construction by June 2012 and hand it over to developer.   [attachmentid=2736873][attachmentid=2736874]

I did ask the agent that approach me to tell me the price for this property. He did not answer me. Anyone know the subsale market? please share if you know.

I'm a newbie here   I went to check out Emerald West on one lazy afternoon    & instantly felt in love with this place. Immediately book a unit in Emerald Gardens. Just love the overall property layout & its surrounding area. Brought my family there the next day. All gives me the green light to confirm my booking

A bit confusingh! I thought Amber is in Emerald East (Peridot precinct), whereas Amberley is in Emerald West (opposite the Chinese school).

it really depends on the concept of selling. whether if it is sold under individual basis or strata basis perhaps?

But from history of all Goucoland in Emerald East & West, all housing projects come with perimeter fencing & guardhouse. How come only Coral & Amberly are different from others?? Is it because these 2 projects launched in 2011 therefore both are following the new regulations? This is going crazy..

By the way ,I am in no way connected to Guocoland or any other developers in Rawang. I am just another potential buyer. I also did a lot of check on Hong Bee and Mah Sing. I like to have all facts before I invest my hard earn money.

If your friend can provide solid facts about the court case, then it is a different story. TQ

During peak hours everywhere same story lah,not only Rawang. Cities all over the world face the same problem. Either leave your house before jams start in the morning or leave after 9a.m. if you're the boss,then leave office before 4 p.m. I don't see any solution unless you work from home or retire early,then do something from home.

The local councils cannot approve if the farms are to be allowed to exist. It's very unhealthy for  humans to live next to a chicken,duck or pig farm. Imagine the smell! The dust from dried chicken or duck shit is very dangerous to our lungs.

If they don't move the farm by the time they hand over the keys,all Cassis purchasers can stage a protest outside their sales gallery,call the TV/radio stations,the papers,and all the internet news portals. Take them to see the farm. The media are dying for such sensational news to sell their papers and get more viewers/readership while the developers are scared stiff of bad publicity.

Purchasers have a right to get what they paid for and what was promised. If they had not mentioned the farm while selling that particular phase purchasers can accuse them of misrepresentation. They are lucky I am NOT a purchaser of Cassis or I will organize public protests so that they listen and know who they are dealing with. I'm not the type to take anything lying down LOL. Keep hankering until they kow-tow. Individual complaints will be ignored. They are only afraid of vocal groups and the media. Get the media,esp the TV stations. Private is better bcs they want sensational NEWS. No need permission from the police bcs you aren't protesting against the govt and since there are many and the protests are done peacefully they can't touch you.

They mention about the chicken farm?? hahaha....did they?? Not that I remember, they should have record the conversation....

The only thing I remember is the master plan model did not annotate that build, they marked a lot of building but not that area. So, it mean that it is not significant to the buyer. If buyer "eventually" found out that the farm is there and wanted to complain, Guocoland will have to take responsibility. Unless, they can prove that they told everyone about the farm, which is impossible if no one admit.
