They mention about the chicken farm?? hahaha....did they?? Not that I remember, they should have record the conversation....
The only thing I remember is the master plan model did not annotate that build, they marked a lot of building but not that area. So, it mean that it is not significant to the buyer. If buyer "eventually" found out that the farm is there and wanted to complain, Guocoland will have to take responsibility. Unless, they can prove that they told everyone about the farm, which is impossible if no one admit.
Added on November 19, 2012, 5:52 pmThere will be something to complain if, no one "remember" the SA explain about the farm.

I did remember for sure - that is why i tak beli.

guocaland SA did say that they cant do anything about the farm as the land does not belong to them..
ok, that makes sense to me..if guocoland owns the land and operate the chicken farm there, then different case lor..
anyway, the onus is on the buyers to check the site first before signing up for the property - as a rule anyone who wish to purchase a prop must
always do a site visit to take a look at the surrounding as well - after all the sales office also in emerald west ma so driving to the east to take a look see cant be
too difficult ..
i do remember this chicken farm was extensively discussed in earlier threads - not sure in this thread or somewhere else but the forumers did give their opinions - if i remember some said smell not so bad becoz new technology , some said still have smell after it rains..- only way to know is to go there to smell the air
before and after the rain..
