I bought my semi-d (amberly parkhome) at RM578.8k during its phase 1 launching last Oct'2010 and get a 42" Phillips LCD TV (lucky draw from Hong Leong Bank's Housing Loan). The price rise up to RM600k+ now mainly due to the new SJK © Emerald and Jusco.

Type C, because of the design (which can extend to balcony) and most importantly it is cheaper than type A and B.

Added on March 4, 2011, 4:12 pmYa, Guocoland is a public listed company in Malaysia, don't mix up with Cocoaland as Cocoaland is also a public listed company in Malaysia. Many people, especially some investors used to be mix up amongst the two companies.

Hi, I went to the Amberley construction site last Sunday, everything goes smoothlt, managed to speak to their site supervisor and he told me that they (constructor) need to finish the whole construction by June 2012 and hand it over to developer.

The 1st phase Amberley buyers should collect their key by this Nov'2012 due to the expiration of the 2 years period from date of S&P.

The constructor work really hard, even on sunday and night; you can see the big Lamp which appeared on the photo.

Ready in Oct this year is possible because the Site Supervisor had previously told me that the whole construction & infrastructure need to be completed and handled to Guocoland by June this year. Guocoland will then submit whatever CF application to autholities.

Collected my Amberley house key on 29 Dec'12 found some of the defects, like main door cannot open, water leaking from the roof, etc and i had been informed it will take 30 days to repair. I went to inspect again on 20 Jan'13 (i.e 3 weeks after), I noticed that no repairing work at all and some of my basin tab were stolen; one of the contractor told me some houses also facing the same. I made a complaint to Service Office on 21 Jan'13 and he told me will check and feed back to me the defects work and the replacement of the basin tabs, no reply till yesterday eventhough few calls to him. Terrible bad service...
