Good morning! want to say hello to all my potential future neighbours. i never thought that there's a thread here about Ebony Parkhomes. I was kinda worried for the past 1 year but after reading all the news here, i am very relieved. looks like my first investment is a good 1.

With Aeon Jusco with T.G.V cinema and many more shops, S.R.J.K.C., road upgrades, new houses handling over, this area turn out to be a very nice, peaceful with those resort atmosphere houses, and yet happening at our doorsteps, a huge catalyst to transform Rawang to Rawang City perhaps? Afterall, it is only about 20-25 minutes to Jalan Duta toll, Kota Damansara toll, and this place is still underprice... if compared to link houses, or Semi-D in other places, within the same travelling radius from KL/PJ of 20-25 minutes from PJ/KL, and so much development in the pipeline for this area, it is still a steal in the market

i think this area has potential. same like puchong, it's about the same distance to the city. but unlike puchong, much of the land is still undeveloped and leaves a lot of room for careful planning on roads and infratructures.

ebony parkhomes is built in the same area as the bunch of semi-D houses currently occupied. the security is rude but very strict. the whole area is fenced till quite high.

I also went to the CASSIS launch. the price is actually from 428,000 onwards. it is projected to worth at least MINIMUM RM508,800 once completed. the concept is similar to Ebony parkhomes but slightly different. They call it Garden Landscape concept. Ebony parkhomes concept are the houses are incorporated in a park environment. you don't have roads behind or around the corner/end lots. you are surrounded by parks. CASSIS on the other hand has roads around them, but they also have small gardens all around as well. for example, you have a road in front of you, then there is a small garden (slightly wider than a divider), then road again, and then the opposing house. gardens at the junctions as well. The land area is smaller than ebony, but total built-up is bigger (1800-1900++sqft). I was puzzled at first, and then i realise that it didn;t have land area at the back, where as ebony has 15ft length or land at the back. According to the sales person, the interior is similar to Ebony. They won't have a show unit setup for CASSIS but they have revived the Ebony show unit again so interested buyers of CASSIS can view the ebony show unit. Just reduce the width by 2ft.

I checked the Chasis brochure and noticed that the built-up is actually 20x75.. i though it 22x75...so not much different with Coral. This will surely add value to Coral.

the land area is 20x75, but the built up is slightly bigger than ebony which has land area of 22x75

Workmanship is fine. They have already repaired all the damage and cracks last week. Also they added a few more lighting power points that was not there originally. I heard it's because Hong Leong bank filed a complaint because they were there in the show unit.
