S&P legal fee is bear by developer ma...

btw who already sign the S&P? i going to sign it this thursday in rawang sales office... as i know whoever fail to sign within the time frame have to buy it with higher price as like 2nd phase.. 360k++

and I saw the small model house there... if it is built by scale then i think it is necessary to extend the back of house in order to have more comfortable dining room, bathroom and kitchen... but still have to wait until the sample house come out only v can have a clearer view...

Rm360.00; Rm380.00: or RM480.00? By right, the lawyer should mention the disbursements amount in their letter instead for them to inform the buyers on the phone! Now, very "confusingh" lah!

Personally I'm staying in Puchong now. At first I also think the place is too far away. But since the area is near to NKVE, and the road is widening now. So after 2 years I think it will be less jam. I've tried to travel from mid valley to emerald during peak hour, it took me about an hour using NKVE. I think it is acceptable. Say truely, KL which place not jam one during peak hour. smile.gif

According to the sales person, the bridge link to east emerald will be opened after coral project has completed. So, there will be an alternative entrance to Coral. Jusco, chinese primary school and private school will be built around that area also.

* That's my opinion only.

Yupe, I've purchased a unit there. For the tol, emm... not really go and count tongue.gif sorry, i think not more than RM5 for 1 trip. Mid valley => Penchala Link => Duta Tol to NKVE => NKVE to Rawang Tol.
