hmmm, my fren just bought a duplex unit in bukit belimbing 1900ft2 for 198k deal. 6 years old building but still developer unit. freehold somemore. u glad u got good deal and post it up here. Haha! Gotcha!

I nearly bought a Condo at flora green for 320K 2 months ago, 10th floor, golf view, I already paid 3%, last minute got another agent called owner to sell for 340K. Haih...

no rushing for sub sale or 2nd hand property, nowaday there are a lot of niche auction unit also. They day i noticed a semi d D/S 40 x 80 behind jade hill auction for the 3rd times at 277k oni which included fully renovation also. Oni set back is near the heavy industry zone (tanming jaya) and poorly managed kajang country heights bungalow plot. No kidding, u can google taman puncak utama semi d auction. I believe kajang area a lot tis type of hidden gems

This should be the semid way after Gita Bayu area. It is at the end of the road next to the railway tracks. You can see Country Heights opposite.

That taman was developed by Suntrack of Summerglades. Many foreign labourers are renting the houses around there. I dont think you will want to stay there unless it is for investment. Taming jaya industrial is the least of your worries.


Bukit Belimbing is a real deal though.

Because UTAR has confirm to move their PJ campus back to Sg Long. That's why everything went up!

Where is this place? Which part of Sg. Long? I hardly venture inside Sg. Long, so I am not familar. Is it near Desa Budiman area?

I saw similar steep/rocky hills just behind the Bukit Mandarina Villa 33 semids. No complaints from buyers so far.

From main road, shop/ maybank at your right side, UTAR at your right, club house on your left, go straight about 1km u will see the rock hill

This hill rock make me had weird feeling every time passing by. I feel giddy when look at it. We can't predict when will happen of natural disaster ... So precaution is need..

Just for discussion sake. isnt rock hill stronger than muddy hill? If the hill is a solid rock, isnt it safer than a hill of loose earth?

New highway route connect Bandar Sg Long to Ampang and lead to Genting Highland, for those ppls like me who work in Ampang area, this is indeed a good news, no need to go through Sg Long exit to Grand saga highway, save the journey time stuck in Cheras MRR2 jam hotspot.

This project will kick start very soon as the wikipedia article mention.

Together with Utar relocation back to Sg Long, it will be lot more happening later on. For those want to invest condo nearby, better act fast before too late^^

Snake into wira heights ph2 construction site b4 sunset, nice place & very windy, was shock when i see the +-25 meter height retaining wall sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

but the green scene very nice n it just few hundred meter away from twin palms bungalow lots.

It looks like a few kilometer away from TP bungalows, you could hardly see it.

Wira Heights 2 all sold out? What type of houses? Price?

Where is the access? Go through Sg. Long main road? Gonna add to the jams already there.
