This hill rock make me had weird feeling every time passing by. I feel giddy when look at it. We can't predict when will happen of natural disaster ... So precaution is need..

The new launched palm walk. Is built and sale concept right. Buyer can save progressing interest but paid sub sale price to developer. And difficult to sub sale at higher price in the meantime

the phase 1 palm walk. they easily asking price about ±rm600k but the rental demand very low. my colleague rent one unit of palm walk only rm500

Those units rented cos the commercial there picking up. Very easy to find tenant there. And those units for sale normally is landlord and those bought in early Already untung gila so They not rush for sale .

That is klorr highway . The construction of this project look like put on hold . The concessionaire want federal government funded but GE is around corner . Government not dare to use taxpayer money to fund cronies at the moment

They built without GnG approval .
Between why the resident so hard not allow the construction use the entrance if the phase 3 completed then they can share access ?

Actually council won't approve G&G
They only allow guarded . If no complaint then they will close one eye . Those landed with strata G&G then yes .
Many developer dint get G&g approval but they just submit the residents names to council let them aware that majority agree . So council won't come and kacau ..

Better not la but if there is no solution , no choice lo .. Any road damage . Developer have to bear the cost . The construction vehicle also use the road for time being . Must find a win win solution lo
