parking issue is difficult to solve...
last time heard about there is a piece of land which can rent to build car park from state government, but until now still have no action yet.
no more visitors car park within this condo area...
park outside is tiring for people to climb up the little hill as well...

Anyone has any news about when the new building of UTAR will be complete?
Heard that next mid of the year can operate to take in more students, don't know correct or not?

if i'm not count mistaken, half of the UTAR student(4k-5k) able to conquer most if the condo in Sg Long.
Of course I assumed only 50% of each condo try to rent out only.

The maintenance fee of Flora condo is very high!
Now only Greenview still able to see some unit let go less than 450k, but car park is a big issue. If you park outside, walk back to your unit is a very good exercise to slim you down!
