Congrats! My friends, who are staying at the bungalows surrounding the golf course, complain that the way out of Sg. Long is quite bad, sometimes take up to 20 mins. Is that true?

Added on March 5, 2012, 2:10 pmThe 20 mins is the fastest time to reach bt11. Sometimes need 30mins. But i found that this traffic jam is only happen in the 1st half of the year. As last year after May, the traffic become smooth in the morning at around 7am to 7.30am. Perhaps, I am wrong.

Got...after the golf club, drive until the end of the road...near the rock mountain. New construction for terrace house. Then go back to golf club, to SHL office, register your name for them to call you once it completed for viewing.

will the office open during weekend - eg: Saturday? Working days... hard to go....

I believe they do open on Saturday morning. Anyway, just to play safe, google SHL website and give them a call to confirm.

called up the developers, given the name and phone number to register. Indicative price from sales person, 600k to 700k for 20*70 and 20*75.

There is another developer - KiHuat (developer of Bukit Sungai Long) also launching 2nd half of this year....

SHL uses red bricks...

I asked before. They said >500k. Now become. 6-700k? Wow!

i received the invitation from Kihuat early this yeae.. new launching is SD or bangalows.. definitely not linked houses..

i ask a place inside sg long that look like a palm....now raising fast too....

I wonder anyone will buy at that price, these new houses are build next to the rock mountain.
If for own stay, maybe need to think twice.

Scary! Recall the incident land slide took place at NKVE nearby DAMANSARA. The highway was closed. I don't want to bet my life for staying there.
